3. Complete VIP Forms
As part of the VIP package, there are a few forms we require from you. Completing these with as much detail as possible in the beginning stages is super important! If you are unsure of something ie. an email address for a referee, please take the time to find this out.

*When completing your VIP background info, it will ask you for your new employment details. This is referring to your employment details in AUSTRALIA. Please ensure you put the details of your future employer in Australia. If you will be unemployed when you arrive, you will need to state ‘I am currently unemployed’. Please ensure this is completed correctly.

4. Upload ID Documents
Property managers ask for ID as part of the rental application process to verify your identity. This is a standard procedure to ensure that the person applying is who they say they are. It helps prevent fraud and protects both the landlord and other tenants.
Once your ID is provided, property managers use it to:
-
Confirm your identity against the details in your application.
-
Check rental history to verify previous tenancies.
-
Meet legal requirements for tenant verification under Australian rental laws.
Your ID is kept secure and confidential, only used for the purposes of processing your application and complying with relevant legal regulations.

Advise Of Any Changes/Updates To Brief
If there have been any changes to your rental preferences or brief, please let us know as soon as possible. Whether it's a shift in budget, desired suburbs, or property features, updating us now will help ensure we're looking for the best possible matches for you. Your feedback is key to making sure we’re aligned with your needs throughout the process!
Timeline Overview
Properties typically hit the market as early as 4-6 weeks before they’re available, but the majority are advertised just 3 weeks or less before their availability date. To align with this timeline, we begin the active part of the process, including opening your WhatsApp group chat, around 6 weeks before your expected arrival in Australia.
We advise clients to aim for a lease start date 1-2 weeks before their arrival. This provides a buffer to reduce stress, handle any unexpected delays, and also increases the number of properties we can consider for you.
Before we officially start the active process, we’re already reaching out to our network frequently to scout for off-market properties. This ensures you have access to as many options as possible when the time comes.
